Are you building a new home with the goal of creating a beautiful backdrop to showcase your collected possessions? We accept a few larger-scale projects each year. We collaborate with architects and builders, we design and often project manage when needed.

 Or are you looking for a total transformation of an existing space? We will take care of every detail in the design. From completed additions, kitchens & bathrooms, three season rooms, basements, & bonus spaces.

New Construction & Renovations scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:

Full-Service Interior Design

Getting to know you, and understanding your needs and aesthetics is our number one priority in creating a home that is wholly unique and personal on every level. With full-service interior design, we work with you starting with concept development, followed by design presentation, execution, and installation. No stone is left unturned.

Full-Service Interior Design scope of work includes:

  • Concept Development & Design Presentation Phase

    • A clear understanding of the agreement surrounding project goals

    • Space planning and furniture floor plans

    • Selections of furniture, fabrics, wall coverings, window treatments, rugs, and lighting 

    • Renderings

  • Execution Phase

    • Which includes pricing, ordering, project management, scope & scheduling, receiving, inspection, and storage

Interior Refresh & Consultations

If you have a smaller budget and you have the ability to execute components for your own design project, we are more than happy to tailor our services to your needs. Your refresh can be done in person or virtually.
